The ninth edition of the festival Que Jazz É Este?' (What Jazz Is This?), organised by Gira Sol Azul, visits our stage once again with an unforgettable concert. The Orquestra de Jazz de Espinho performs with Mário Costa on the drums.
Between its didactic facet (the orchestra is part of the curriculum of Espinho's Professional Music School), producing thematic concerts and developing an authorial repertoire, the Orquestra Jazz de Espinho has been carving a unique path for itself since 2008.
In this concert, the Orquestra Jazz de Espinho is joined by drummer Mário Costa. Though an admirably versatile player, jazz aesthetics are where Mário Costa feels most comfortable, regularly sharing stages with some of the most important musicians on the European scene.
A concert not to be missed, which once again shows why the Que Jazz É Este?' festival has established itself as a prestigious and remarkable project in the centre region of Portugal.
